The System Administrator is a key role based in our head-office in Amsterdam with the responsibility for the operation of our internal systems and infrastructure. Ultimately, you will ensure that our hardware, applications and systems work correctly.

The Systems Administrator reports into the Production Support Team Leader.
This role is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Some travel may be required.

Ownership of the Windows Domain including Group Policies
Monitoring and management of all corporate network elements - e.g. PC, Laptop, routers, switches, WAP's, servers, printers
Keeping all systems up-to-date, performing audit and adding/removing accounts
Security - both from a network and personnel point of view
Ensure that key corporate workflows are running smoothly by assisting internal customers
Fielding domain and email requests, including domain registration, DNS entries and email
Data analyst duties - systematically providing facts and findings into senior management
Experience working as a Systems Administrator
Experience working with Salesforce – preferably supporting Salesforce
1-3 years IT/network support, or application support experience
Knowledge of PC and Mac systems - experience installing, configuring and maintaining computers in a medium or large business
Knowledge of Cisco networking and VLAN's - experience monitoring and troubleshooting network problems and outages
Understanding of how the Internet works and the various purposes of common servers
Understanding the main Domain records (A record, CNAME, MX)
Experience managing email accounts
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong analytical skills - understand business processes and issues from business users
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree/work experience
