We're expanding one of our key tech teams and are looking for a Scrum Product Owner to drive delivery of high-impact internal applications and Salesforce CRM enhancements. You’ll report directly to the CTO and serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. This role is based in our Amsterdam HQ, with flexibility to work remotely.
You’ll be pivotal in transforming business needs into well-defined requirements, owning the product backlog, and championing agile best practices. Your work will enable Spotzer to scale, improve operations, and deliver even better experiences to our internal users and partners.
Responsibilities
Own and deliver on the tech roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Gather business requirements from key stakeholders and translate them into clear, actionable user stories.
Lead discovery and long-term improvement initiatives, including internal tooling and process optimization.
Create supporting documentation (mockups, PoCs, storyboards) to clarify feature requirements.
Collaborate with internal customers and partner managers to triage and prioritize technical requests.
Work closely with a global development team and stakeholders to define estimates and technical specifications.
Champion agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration, visibility, and team accountability.
Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and release communications across departments.
Understand and communicate the ROI and cost implications of development efforts.
Use data and metrics (e.g., DORA, SPACE) to support planning and performance evaluation.
Leverage tools like Jira, Miro, and Confluence to streamline communication and documentation.
Job requirements
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Product Owner in a tech-driven, agile environment.
Solid understanding of what makes great requirements and how to communicate them.
Strong time-management and organizational skills; able to prioritize effectively under pressure.
Comfortable working with data and making data-informed decisions.
Experience with Salesforce (Sales and Service Cloud) is a big plus.
Familiarity with agile performance metrics (DORA, SPACE) is a bonus.
Skilled in Jira (advanced usage is highly desirable).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all seniority levels.
Energetic, proactive, and passionate about delivering results through collaboration.

This role is located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Some travel may be required.
