Spotzer is a rapidly growing digital marketing solutions provider for small to medium businesses. Headquartered in central-east Amsterdam. Our mission is to help businesses grow through digital solutions, including websites, e-commerce, online advertising, business listings & reviews solutions. With over 700,000 digital solutions delivered and more than 1 million leads generated, we support SMBs across the globe.  Extensive training will be given including Sales techniques and Digital Marketing product knowledge.

As we expand in the German market, we’re looking for a motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our energetic international team in Amsterdam.

Position Summary:

Salary Expectations are €60,000 (On Target Earnings, uncapped)  

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will connect with existing German-speaking customers to offer digital marketing packages. Through outbound calls and consultative selling, you’ll help small businesses grow their online presence while developing your sales skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to highly qualified leads and existing customers by phone and email

  • Show the value of our products with a consultative approach (we will train you!)

  • Keep relationships positive and long-lasting

  • Use simple tools to keep track of your calls, offers, and results

  • Work towards monthly sales goals — and celebrate hitting them

Job requirements

  • Native or fluent German, with spoken English

  • Previous experience in sales or customer engagement is an advantage – call centers, telesales

  • Clear communicator who likes helping people and finding solutions

  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new tools

  • Eager to grow in digital marketing and sales

  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn
