Spotzer is a rapidly growing digital white label provider headquartered in Amsterdam. Our mission is to help small and medium businesses grow through digital solutions, including websites, e-commerce, online advertising, and more. With over 700,000 digital solutions delivered and more than 1 million leads generated, we support SMBs across the globe. We are working with a leading brand in Germany, selling their products under their brand. Full training is given.

As we expand in the German market, we’re looking for a motivated Digital Sales Representative to join our young and international team in Amsterdam.

Position Summary:

As a Digital Sales Representative, you will connect with existing German-speaking customers to offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Through outbound calls and consultative selling, you’ll help small businesses grow their online presence while developing your sales skills in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Reach out to existing customers by phone and email

  • Sell review management and listing solutions  

  • Offer extra services that fit their goals and budget

  • Guide customers through solutions in a simple, helpful way

  • Show the value of our products with a consultative approach (we’ll train you!)

  • Keep relationships positive and long-lasting

  • Use simple tools to keep track of your calls, offers, and results

  • Work towards monthly sales goals — and celebrate hitting them

Job requirements

  • Native or fluent German, with strong spoken English

  • Previous experience in sales or customer engagement – call centers, retail, telesales, or B2B/B2C

  • Clear communicator who likes helping people and finding solutions

  • Comfortable using a computer and learning new tools

  • Eager to grow in digital marketing and sales

  • Positive attitude, team mindset, and willingness to learn

  • Experience with upselling is a plus, but not required
