With the growth in the German market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Agent to be a part of our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work either hybrid in Amsterdam or remotely from another country. As a direct point of contact, you will be connecting with potential clients and help them expand their business by selling Spotzer’s digital solutions. This job offers several training opportunities, providing employees with extensive resources and programs designed to cultivate their skills, broaden their knowledge base, and foster continuous professional growth and development.

The job description

  • Join a dynamic, young and international team of professionals
  • Connect with potential & existing customers via outbound and inbound calls & e-mail
  • Lead outbound and inbound calls with existing clients to understand their business
  • Help businesses develop through digital marketing by selling services
  • Explain the benefits of our products with story telling
  • Connect with business owners in the German market 
  • Manage pro-actively your opportunity pipeline from lead to sales to meet your sales targets

Job requirements

What you need to succeed?

  • Fluent German speaker - you will be dealing with our German Clients
  • Good command of English - you will communicate with internal stakeholders
  • Sales experience selling over the phone, in B2B or B2C tele-sales
  • A desire to help lay the foundations of a great, new and growing team
  • The ability to effectively and swiftly develop genuine connections with clients while also ensuring that we sell to client requirements
  • Experience working in a call center environment is a plus but not a must
  • Keen interest in sales and business development with willingness to learn more
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
