With the growth in the French market, we are looking for an enthusiastic Client Onboarding Development Representative to be a part of our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam. As a direct point of contact, you will connect with potential clients and help them expand their business by selling Spotzer’s digital solutions. 


Additionally, this role involves onboarding new customers and upselling other products, making it more focused on account management than purely telesales.

The job description

  • Join a dynamic, young, and international team of professionals

  • Connect with potential & existing customers via outbound and inbound calls & e-mail

  • Conducting onboarding calls and identifying upselling opportunities

  • Lead outbound and inbound calls with existing clients to understand their business needs

  • Help businesses grow through digital marketing by selling our services

  • Explain the benefits of our products using storytelling techniques

  • Connect with business owners in the French market

  • Proactively manage your opportunity pipeline from lead to sale to meet your sales targets

  • Play a key role in onboarding new customers and upselling additional digital products

This role emphasizes a commitment to customer success by ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and proactively identifying opportunities for further growth through upselling.

Job requirements

  • Fluent French speaker – you will be working with our French clients
  • Good command of English – you will communicate with internal stakeholders

  • Sales experience, especially selling over the phone in B2B or B2C telesales

  • A desire to help lay the foundation of a great, new, and growing team

  • Ability to effectively and quickly develop genuine connections with clients while ensuring we meet their needs

  • Experience working in a call center environment is a plus, but not required

  • Keen interest in sales and business development, with a willingness to learn more

  • Strong work ethic and team spirit
