We’re seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who is passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performing, and people-first workplace culture. You'll help shape our HR practices, support our team, and ensure alignment with our values as we grow.

Spotzer Digital is a fast-paced, rapidly growing, global technology company in the digital marketing sector. Headquartered in Amsterdam, we are serving tens of thousands of small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating power content. Our model is unique: we partner with leading enterprise brands and offer a fully white-labelled solution where we represent our partner’s brands over the phone through contact centre activity and product fulfillment centres.

Job requirements

Culture & Employee Experience

  • Champion our company culture and values across all levels of the organization.

  • Design and support initiatives that enhance employee engagement and morale.

  • Organize team-building activities and wellness programs.

Performance & Development

  • Oversee performance review cycles and provide guidance on goal-setting and feedback processes.

  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to foster professional growth.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain HR records and systems (e.g., contracts, leave tracking, policy updates).

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

  • Support conflict resolution and employee relations in a fair, consistent manner.

Strategic HR

  • Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

  • Provide HR metrics and insights to support strategic decision-making.


Qualifications

Proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or a related field (3–5 years minimum).

  • Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality.
