About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Telesales Manager to join our fun and energetic team in Amsterdam on a full-time basis. Your role will be to oversee the daily running and management of a Telesales team, meeting any sales targets and the development and training of Telesales staff. We are looking for someone who is driven and wants to build a culture of success.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team.

  • Ensuring the team meets the sales targets.

  • Sales training, development, and performance management. 

  • A good understanding of the market dynamics in the respective sector.

  • Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth.

  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.

  • Handling customer complaints and enquiries.

  • Monitoring random calls for quality assurance.  

  • Delivering on forecasts and analysing sales data. 

  • Regular reporting of KPI’s to upper management 

  • Keeping to targets and managing KPI’s.

  • Collaborate with a great team, sharing ideas and best practices

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages: English (Fluent) and German (Preferable but not required)
  • Experience in managing a sales team

  • Proven sales experience over the phone, in B2B or B2C telesales.

  • Inbound & outbound sales experience

  • A track record of delivering on sales targets and revenue goals

  • A desire to help lay the foundations of a great, new team

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time

  • Strong experience working in a call centre environment

  • Keen interest in telesales with willingness to learn more

  • Strong work ethic and team spirit!
