Our model is unique: we partner with the biggest brands to service their customer's digital marketing needs through a fully white labelled solution.

 

About the role

 

We are looking for several talented Digital Sales/ Telesales Professionals to join our fun and energetic team in Melbourne on a full time basis.

As a direct point of contact, you will speak with an existing client base. Your goal will be to understand our clients business needs/goals and identify a range of solutions you sell to help them grow!

 

Some of your responsibilities will be to:

  • Speak with existing clients to understand their business and sell solutions to help them grow
  • Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls/ emails whilst giving the best customer service
  • Work toward Sales targets with a rewarding commission structure and base in place.
  • Develop relationships with our portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with a great team sharing ideas and best practices

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience over the phone, in B2B or B2C telesales. Preferably inbound & outbound.
  • A strong desire to exceed KPI’s and Targets – you will be rewarded handsomely!
  • A desire to help lay the foundations of, what will be, a large team.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and quickly build rapport with clients while ensuring we sell to customer needs.
  • Experience working in a contact centre environment (desired but not mandatory)
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with willingness to learn
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit!
  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday Visa's or sponsorship.
