Spotzer is a growing, global digital marketing business. Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we serve thousands of small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating content. Our model is unique: we partner with the biggest brands to service their customers' digital marketing needs through a fully white labeled solution.


Responsibilities

As a Client Support Associate you have a passion for problem-solving, a high level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to deliver an exceptional experience for clients. 

We have a get it done right the first time mentality, even if it takes more time.  Our goal is never to rush anyone off the phone but rather to solve their problem and do it with a smile on your face.  You will be supporting our partners' clients, which means you will need to be adaptable and detail oriented. The Customer Support Associate will work cross-functionally with a domestic and global team to deliver a best in class experience for our clients.

  

  • Managing and responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Making changes to websites, including but not limited to website copy, links, images, videos or other pieces of content
  • Identifying opportunities to create frequently asked questions and support documentation
  • Logging customer interactions in our support system(s)
  • Working with our Client Success team to ensure support items are escalated appropriately
  • Work with our Client Success team to make sure projects are moving through the production process correctly
  • Assigning and moving tasks along our internal production workflows
  • Maintain detailed daily status log on all existing projects

Skills & Qualifications

  • Extremely detail oriented, everything in your residence is organized and clean, you hate clutter
  • Have a passion for learning new things
  • An inherent problem solver, you work until you figure out the cause of something but aren't afraid to ask for help when you don't understand something
  • Understanding of how websites are built and function
  • Experience with HTML / CSS
  • Experience with content management systems
  • Familiarity with Wordpress
  • BONUS points if you have built your own website
  • Understand your limitations and knowledge gaps and speak up when you are unsure
  • Your family asks you for help with their tech issues or wants your input on the latest gadgets
  • Ability to work any shift between 6AM and 6PM, Monday through Friday
