Spotzer is a growing, global digital marketing business. Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we serve thousands of small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating content. Our model is unique: we partner with the biggest brands to service their customers' digital marketing needs through a fully white labeled solution.


Our Client Success Specialists are the face of our global digital marketing team, serving as the primary point of contact for our clients as we guide them through the customer journey. This role is responsible for the onboarding and implementation and project management of a high volume of website projects for SMBs across the country. You will serve as the primary liaison between the production team and our clients, advising and consulting with clients to help them build their digital marketing presence.

  • Coordinate and schedule consultation / onboarding meetings with new clients
  • Speak with clients to gather requirements for website projects
  • Create written briefs for copywriters, designers and developers for new builds
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects
  • Identify opportunities for upselling with existing clients
  • Manage complex digital marketing projects from start to finish
  • Manage a high volume of communication with clients, partners and support teams
  • Responsible for onboarding, implementation and training of our digital products with customers
  • Give guidance, feedback and training to support team to help deliver best in class customer experience
