Job description

We are looking for a talented Client Manager to join our fun and energetic team in Melbourne on a full time basis. With a strong focus on high volume outbound calls and managing a large and diverse range of SMB customers, you will be the key point of contact for business owners across Australia.

 

As a direct point of contact for clients you will use your digital marketing and proven relationship building skills to guide our small business clients through the full cycle production of their digital solution.

 

Spotzer is a fast paced, rapidly growing, global digital marketing business. Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we serve thousands of small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns and creating power content. Our model is unique: we partner with the biggest brands to service their customer’s digital marketing needs through a fully white labelled solution.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Handle a large amount of outbound calls per day whilst achieving predefined targets 
  • Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle questions and requests from inbound and outbound calls/ emails whilst giving the best customer service
  • Successfully obtain customer requirements and prepare these for internal production of digital projects
  • Create written briefs for copywriters and designers to go into production
  • Overseeing full cycle project management of a website
  • Develop relationships with our portfolio of clients
  • Collaborate with a great team sharing ideas and best practices
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our digital products to meet customer needs and objectives

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven work experience over the phone, in account management, customer service or relevant role
  • The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Experience working in a contact centre environment (desired)
  • Keen interest in digital marketing with willingness to learn
  • Demonstrate ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
  • Hands on experience of CRM software (desired)
  • Strong work ethic and team spirit!
  • You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday VISAs or sponsorship.
